For wedding & event businesses in the GTA

Your work is portfolio-worthy. Your website should be too.

Modern, conversion-focused websites for proposal planners, decorators, and photographers across the Greater Toronto Area — built to turn engagement-season Instagram traffic into booked consultations.

— The visibility problem

Why most wedding business sites lose deals before the inquiry.

01

Couples search before they DM

Three-quarters of newly engaged couples announce on social media inside 48 hours. By the time they message you, they have already short-listed planners by browsing — quietly. A slow or generic site means you never made the list.

02

No pricing means no qualifying

"Send me your packages" is the most common DM you get. Couples want to self-qualify. Sites without visible tiers force a back-and-forth that loses the leads who would have booked, and wastes time on the ones who never could.

03

WhatsApp-only inquiries leak deals

A booking flow buried in a chat thread loses 30–50% of leads — they expect a calendar, a deposit option, a confirmation email. Couples planning $5K–$25K events want a real flow, not a chat ping.

04

Generic templates undercut your work

Your photography and styling are portfolio-worthy. The Squarespace template framing them is not. Generic frames quietly suggest a generic service — and price tier.

— The market

The wedding economy is moving online faster than the booking forms.

The category is growing fast and the buying journey now starts on phones, in feeds, in Maps. The best work in the world doesn't book itself.

— What I build

Four pillars. One site that earns its keep.

01

Portfolio-first website

Custom design built around your real work. Gallery layouts that breathe. Mobile-first, accessible, Lighthouse 95+. Fast on the slow coffee-shop wifi where couples actually browse.

02

Bookings that close

Clear pricing tiers visible to anyone who lands on the page. HoneyBook, Dubsado, or Calendly + Stripe — the integration that fits how you work. Inquiries become consults become deposits, no chat ping-pong.

03

Google Business Profile + local SEO

GBP listing claimed, every section completed, your portfolio photos uploaded. Geo-relevant copy and structured data so you appear when someone searches "proposal planner GTA" or "wedding decorator Mississauga".

04

Share-ready everywhere

Open Graph and Twitter Card images that render right on Instagram, LinkedIn, and iMessage. Fast page loads so Reels CTAs convert. Structured Person + Service schema so Google reads your work clearly.

— Process

How a project actually goes.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

20 minutes. We talk through what you actually do, who books, and where the current site is leaking. Free.

  2. 02

    Scope & quote

Written scope — pages, integrations, timeline — and a fixed price. No surprise add-ons later.

  3. 03

    Build sprint

2–3 weeks of focused build. Weekly check-ins, a staging URL you can poke at, copy and image revisions baked in.

  4. 04

    Launch + iterate

Go live, hand over the keys, watch the analytics. Optional Always-On care plan to keep momentum past launch.

— Investment

Fixed pricing. No surprises. No retainers required.

Most builds break even in 1–2 booked engagements. The Foundation tier covers most owner-operators; add Bookings if your inquiry volume justifies the integration cost.

— FAQ

Quick answers.

How long does a wedding business site take?
Two to three weeks once content is in. Faster if you already have copy, photography, and pricing ready; slower if we are shaping those from scratch.
Will it integrate with HoneyBook, Dubsado, or my existing CRM?
Yes. HoneyBook and Dubsado are the most common picks for proposal planners and event coordinators — both embed cleanly into the site. If you are on something else, we make it work.
Do you handle photography?
No. I prep your existing photos for the web (color, crop, optimize) and recommend a local photographer for a styled shoot if you need new portfolio pieces. Photography stays with the photographer; I stay with the site.
What about Instagram and Reels?
I make sure the site is share-ready: Open Graph images so link previews look intentional, fast loads so Reels CTAs convert, structured data so Google reads your work clearly. I do not run your Instagram account.
Do you do Google Maps / local SEO?
Yes. Google Business Profile optimization is included in Foundation. We claim or update your listing, complete every section, and feed in portfolio photos.
I work with couples planning destination weddings — does this still fit?
Yes. Destination flows tend to need a clearer "what to expect" page and a longer inquiry form. The site adapts to where the customer journey actually starts.
